Every treatment is unique, and our team will give you a detailed, printed guide specific to the service you’re receiving. If you’re looking for more tailored preparation information, please visit the individual treatment page that interests you or that you’ve scheduled. There, you’ll find treatment-specific guidance designed to help you get the best possible results.

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.

Begin increasing your water intake at least 24–48 hours before your treatment. Hydrated skin responds better and heals faster.

Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior.

Alcohol can thin the blood and increase the chance of bruising for certain treatments.

Limit caffeine the morning of your appointment.

It helps minimize sensitivity and allows your body to stay calm and relaxed.

Pause strenuous workouts the day of treatment.

We love an active lifestyle too — but heavy sweating can interfere with your skin’s recovery immediately before and after your treatment.

Skip harsh skincare products for a few days.

Avoid active ingredients such as retinol, glycolic acid, or exfoliating scrubs in the days leading up to your appointment unless directed otherwise by your provider.

Let us know about medications or supplements.

Some prescriptions and supplements may affect sensitivity or healing. Be sure to share your full list with your provider during your consultation.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin (if applicable).

This helps us assess your skin accurately and allows treatment products to work more effectively.

Plan a little extra time for your visit.

Arriving a few minutes early allows you to unwind, complete any paperwork, and settle in before your appointment begins — no rush, no stress.

Dress comfortably and skip the makeup (if possible).

Choose loose, comfortable clothing and avoid wearing makeup or heavy skincare the day of your treatment. This helps our team assess your skin and ensures the area is clean and ready to treat.

Keep communication open.
